Returns

Customers may request a return if they receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or different product from what was ordered.

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide your order details and clear photos of the product.

The product must be unused and in its original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been cut, altered, washed, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will inform you whether the return is approved.

If approved, the applicable refund will be processed through the available payment method or another mutually agreed method.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, SULTANIA FABRICS will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

For other return requests, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.
